How it credits forward
Proceed within 30 days of delivery and your €15,000 credits in full against Phase 2. We hold your Foundation start date for those 30 days, so you can decide with the roadmap in hand.

How milestones work
The plan comes out of your Diagnostic. Each milestone has a fixed price, a timeline, and an acceptance criterion tied to a working capability – you don’t pay until it’s live. The engagement runs as long as the roadmap stays ROI-positive, and pauses cleanly at any milestone.
The first milestone
We don’t disappear into a year of plumbing. Milestone one takes a single high-value metric – usually one your executives check weekly – and runs it through the full production architecture end to end: real pipeline, real data model, live dashboard. Narrow, but built properly. Everything after widens the same system; nothing gets thrown away.
Why milestones, not a project
Big-bang data projects fail slowly and expensively. Milestones mean you see working capability early, you’re never more than one deep in commitment, and every payment maps to something you can use.
What we need from you
Timelines assume access – credentials and vendor introductions granted within the agreed window at each milestone start. Where a vendor controls access, we open those requests on day one and sequence the plan so nothing critical waits on them.
